Roberto Milan

Roberto Milan, a sculptor from Udine, Italy, grew up in his family’s wood sculpture workshop, founded in 1928, where he developed a deep passion for the craft. A contemporary mixed-media artist, Milan blends traditional wood techniques with modern forms, focusing on patination, gilding, and surface detail. His work has been shown internationally, including at Trump Towers in Florida, the Coral Princess cruise ship, and churches in Canada and Congo. Recent projects include a collaboration with Acqua di Parma. Milan’s sculptures, especially his Totem series, combine wood, Murano glass, and bronze, reflecting cosmic energy and the connection between man and nature.
