Working in multi-media, his medley of art reflects the experiences gained through a lifetime of traveling and painting in more than 30 countries. After the founding of the Coconut Grove Arts Festival and cultivation of the 1960s Miami art scene, he continued to live and paint in Coconut Grove for more than 55 years. In 2017, a fire resulting from Hurricane Irma took Jack’s beloved Coconut Grove home. Today Amoroso continues producing his amazing work in his new studio & home in Coral Gables. At 91 his work continues to evolve with a richness of color & strength in each stroke that only a master can achieve.
